Privacy & your project brief.

The quotation form prepares a project brief in your browser. Protoworks Industries does not receive the information through this form until you choose to send an email.

What happens to form details

Your entries remain in the current page’s memory while you prepare and review your brief. The form does not write them to a database, browser storage, or an analytics service. Reloading or leaving the page may clear your entries.

Email and attachments

Opening an email draft passes the brief to your chosen email application, addressed to sales@protoworks.ph. You control whether to send it and which files to attach. Your email provider’s terms and privacy practices apply to that email.

If you include a file-sharing link, check the sharing permissions before sending. The website does not upload or inspect CAD files or other attachments.

Downloaded briefs

Downloading a brief creates a text file on your device. Keep or delete that file according to your own document-handling requirements.

Hosting and access

The website does not add advertising trackers or custom analytics. The hosting provider may process connection and access information to deliver and protect the website, including any sign-in required to access a private preview.
