03 / HOW WE WORK

A clear path to production.

Define the requirements. Assess the approach.
Agree on the details before manufacturing.

01

Share your requirements

Provide your model, drawing, or reference component, along with quantity and intended use.

02

Review the approach

Assess geometry, materials, fit requirements, and suitability for additive manufacturing.

03

Confirm the scope

Agree on specifications, quantity, pricing, and delivery requirements for your project.

04

Move into production

Manufacture to the agreed scope, with prototype evaluation where the project requires it.

04 / PROTOWORKS INDUSTRIES

Manufacturing, grounded
in your requirements.

BASED IN THE PHILIPPINES

Practical support for the parts that move your work forward.

Protoworks Industries specializes in additive manufacturing, CAD modeling, reverse engineering, prototyping, and batch production.

We work from your application and component requirements to establish a project-specific manufacturing scope—from the first digital model to an individual prototype or recurring production order.

BEFORE YOU GET STARTED

A few practical
questions.

Talk to our team
What should I include in a quotation request?

Include a CAD model or technical drawing if available, quantity, intended application, material preferences, critical dimensions, and your required delivery date. Photos and reference dimensions can help when a digital model is not yet available.

Can I start without a finished CAD model?

Yes. CAD modeling and reverse engineering can be included in your project assessment. Share sketches, drawings, photographs, or information about the existing component, along with the dimensions and fit requirements that matter.

Can you manufacture a single part or a larger batch?

Requests can cover individual prototypes and multiple components. Batch and recurring orders are reviewed against component complexity, production capacity, and delivery requirements before a quotation is confirmed.

How are materials, tolerances, and lead times confirmed?

These are project-specific. Describe the operating conditions, required fit, appearance, and delivery needs in your request. Material suitability, achievable dimensions, finish, and the production schedule need to be agreed before manufacturing.
